1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using any Host Tonic service (operated by MB Zaynco LLC), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and every referenced policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the services. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
2. Description of Services
Host Tonic provides shared, WordPress, eCommerce, VPS, GPU, email, LLM and specialty hosting, domain registration and transfer, SSL, backup, and related professional services. Feature sets and resource allocations are described on each product page and in your service dashboard.
3. Your Account & Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your credentials, API tokens, and 2FA devices secure, maintaining accurate contact details, and maintaining independent backups of your critical data.
4. Billing, Renewals & Taxes
Services renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle using your saved payment method. Renewal pricing is the then-current list price and may differ from promotional introductory pricing. All prices exclude applicable VAT/GST unless stated.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You may not use Host Tonic services to host or transmit malware, phishing kits, botnets, illegal content, spam, or perform unauthorized network scanning. Violations result in immediate account termination.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Host Tonic's liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific service in the 3 months preceding the event.
