We use your data to provision hosting services, process payments, issue domain WHOIS registrations with ICANN/BTCL, combat fraudulent activity, and deliver 24/7 customer support.
3. Data Protection & Security
All customer data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.3. Databases and backups are encrypted at rest using AES-256. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized engineers via hardware keys.
4. Third-Party Disclosures
We do not sell customer data. Information is shared only with trusted partners (upstream domain registries like BTCL/Verisign, payment processors like bKash/Stripe) strictly necessary to deliver purchased services.
